Jaydeep Agro Shipping and Cancellation Policy
Order Processing and Delivery:
Once your order is placed with us, it undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure all items meet our quality standards.
After passing the final checks, each product is securely packed to preserve freshness and quality and then handed over to our delivery partners.
Our delivery partner will deliver your package as soon as possible. If they encounter issues reaching your address, they will contact you at the phone number provided during your order.
All Jaydeep Agro products are packed carefully with high-quality, protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Delivery Timeframe:
We have partnered with reputable courier services to ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep within 4-10 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped in secure packaging to protect items during transit.
We generally initiate shipment within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, during our working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm). Orders are processed and dispatched only during these hours. Delivery timelines provided on our website exclude weekends and public holidays.
While we work hard to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. In such cases, Jaydeep Agro cannot be held liable for delays beyond this timeline.
Address and Delivery Attempts:
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for missed deliveries if incorrect details are entered.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times, calling your registered phone number to arrange a convenient delivery time if needed.
You may specify a delivery address different from your billing address at the time of ordering.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. Log in to your account on our website or contact us at jaydeepagrofoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Payments made for canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 4-5 business days. If the cancellation request is received after the product has been shipped, a refund will be provided once the package is returned to our facility by the courier partner.
Events Beyond Our Control:
Jaydeep Agro cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or product damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, lockdowns, network outages, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
