1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided for any return.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Opened or used food products.
  • Gift cards and some sale items are non-returnable.

 Return Process:

  • Our team will provide instructions for the return.
  • Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2. Refunds

 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 Refunds for Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items bought with discount codes are not eligible unless required by law.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 Replacement or Refund:
